Marquette is one of the top herd sires that we stand at Rocky Bar Ranch. We purchased him as a yearling from Wilbur E. Helmuth from Albany, WI. We showed him as a yearling and he won numerous awards all over North America. To name a few of his achievements are Grand Champion Stallion at Wisconsin state fair, Grand Champion Stallion at Minnesota State Fair, and Reserve Grand Champion at Illinois State Fair. He was an all-American stallion nominee in 1999. He stands 18.1H with tremendous action on the front and back. Some of his desired traits that he passes on to his off spring are their height and they always have their heads in the air. We have kept many of his daughters for broodmares and many of his sons for geldings or studs. He has proven to us that he can produce the best.
